1By the way, LOVE ANGELINA, I read your other post about the Açaí Berry and even it's a bit late to comment on that I'd like to say that it's indeed a very nourishing fruit. However, it has A LOT of calories. Especially if you eat it in the purée form (with granola and yogurt). So if you were willing to drop some weight by cutting calories, eating the Açaí Berry is not the best way (I must know since I live in Brazil and I could eat it everyday if I wanted to).
Not sure if that helps, but the best way to lose weight is the old -- and very effective -- eating healthly + exercizes combo. I know it sucks, but in this way the weight will be probably gone forever.
